• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces require 3-4 weeks for craftsmanship and certification before dispatch.
• Valid ID proof is required at the time of delivery for security purposes.

International Shipping

Rajshree Jewellers ships globally to over 50 countries.

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package value.
• Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
• International shipments are secured via FedEx or UPS International Priority.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a transparent return policy.

• 15-Day Exchange: You may exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery.
• Buyback Policy: We offer a lifetime buyback policy on gold and diamond jewellery at prevailing market rates, subject to deduction of making charges and taxes.
• Custom Orders: Bespoke or personalized items are specially made for you and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact our concierge immediately at support@rajshree.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a secure pickup and repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
